FORT WORTH, USA // As Galderma’s U.S. Vice President of Pharmaceutical Marketing, Jim Sluck directs marketing efforts within the companies’ skincare pharmaceutical portfolio; with therapeutic interests in acne, rosacea, psoriasis and melasma.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh; Mr. Sluck began his healthcare career with Stryker Surgical but spent the majority of his professional life in eye care with Alcon, a division of Novartis.
With Alcon he held various commercial roles in sales, sales management, managed markets before moving to Fort Worth, Texas taking on brand management responsibilities.
Jim led global allergy marketing before finally leading all of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing. He moved to Alcon’s vision care division leading marketing efforts for all specialty contact lenses in the U.S..
Beyond traditional commercial roles at Alcon, Jim also served as liaison to Eli Lilly during their joint venture co-promotion of Arxxant™, a proposed therapy for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
Mr. Sluck moved to Galderma Laboratories, a division of Nestle, in 2016.
At Galderma, the global leader in dermatology, Jim serves as Vice President of Marketing for U.S. pharmaceuticals leading commercialization in the key acne and rosacea markets with market leading products Epiduo Forte®, Soolantra® and Oracea®.
Mr. Sluck lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, Kirsten, spending time renovating their home, enjoying food and wine as hobby and supporting Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League. Come on you Spurs!
