Ryan is partner and Chief Executive Officer of Neuron Syndicate Inc. a creative agency located in Santa Monica, California. After founding Neuron Syndicate in 2001 the company's innovative work has been featured in People magazine, Rolling Stone, AMC Television, Entertainment Weekly and The New York Times.

Neuron Syndicate’s work has also received numerous accolades and has had the pleasure with working with prestigious clientele, including numerous Fortune 500 companies and entertainment studios. Ryan’s extensive work spans numerous industries, such as entertainment, television, music, Interactive, consumer products, corporate, automotive, mobile, gaming, education and non-profit industries.
