SAN FRANCISCO, USA // Laili Bosma is the Director of Marketing Operations at Capcom USA where she oversees the creative services and events teams. Her group designs, plans and executes more than 10 consumer and trade events per year. Working closely with the brand marketing and executive teams, she spearheads the strategic planning and design of Capcom’s North and South American event presences to maximize the impact for the company’s brands and campaigns
Bosma has more than 15 years of Brand Marketing experience working in the video game industry. “Falling” into the video game world in 2002 as a temp employee for a small company called BAM! Entertainment, she quickly fell in love with gaming and has remained in the industry ever since. With a background in marketing, she has devoted her career to helping bring brands to life and getting fans excited about video games. She has launched more than 50 games from a wide range of brands such as Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Dead Rising, Pac-Man, Enslaved, Monster Hunter, LeapFrog and more.
Bosma has a degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She is a voracious people person who thrives on talking to and collaborating with others.
