Her expertise runs the gamut of corporate and product strategy, having spearheaded Daybreak’s successful development of a variety of evolving business models and publishing strategies, including free-to-play, early access, games as a service, and a move into competitive esports.

Naviaux has led large-scale teams across dozens of products, driving international growth for a diverse portfolio of online worlds, including the H1Z1® and the EverQuest® franchises, PlanetSide®2, and DC Universe™ Online. She has loved playing games since a young age, and continues that tradition today with her children.
