WASHINGTON DC, USA // Mark Weinstein serves as Hilton Worldwide’s Global Head of Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Partnerships. He is responsible for helping customers explore, experience and fall in love with Hilton’s hotels by creating innovative programs, products and partnerships to drive engagement and accelerate commercial performance.
Mark leads Hilton HHonors, the 50 million member strong, award-winning guest-loyalty program for Hilton’s 13 hotel brands, spanning more than 4,500 hotels across 100 countries and territories.
He oversees the enterprise’s global partnership strategy, managing a network of industry-leading airline and travel partners and financial and co-branded credit card partners such as American Express, Citi and Visa.
In 2015 under Mark’s leadership, Hilton launched Hilton@PLAY– a call to action to get out, explore the world and…play! At the core of the program are unique experiences curated through strategic partnerships with Live Nation, The Recording Academy (the GRAMMYs), McLaren-Honda Formula 1, and GLAAD, among others.
At Hilton, Mark's previous areas of responsibility included Commercial Services (marketing, sales, revenue/pricing, digital, analytics) strategy. He also established and led the Global Marketing Project Management Center of Excellence.
Mark joined Hilton Worldwide from MarketBridge, a sales and marketing strategy consulting firm and prior to that consulted for PwC.
Mark graduated from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith of Business with degrees in finance and marketing.
