NEW YORK, USA // Joe Gorelick is the award winning Global Creative Director of Togorun/StudioTogo, with more than 20 years of experience in concept and strategy development for large and small interactive advertising and PR campaigns across traditional and digital marketing, global branding and eCommerce. 

Prior to joining TogoRun and creating the in-house design shop, StudioTogo, Joe was Vice President of Creative and Digital experience at Cohn & Wolfe, where he was responsible for all global creative direction on projects print, web, event and more including the Radio City Music Hall Children’s Health Fund & Paul Simon Gala Concert (video and advertising graphics), various projects for Sanofi, APP (Asia Pulp and Paper), Boehringer Ingelheim, Dell, Merck, Nokia, Pozen, Burger King, Sony, Walmart, 3M, HipMunk, Deutsche Bank, Lincoln Financial and Hennessy. In 2012, he helped usher in two Sabre awards (Merck’s "Project I Design" and Toyota/National Audubon Society), and was also awarded the Web Health Merit Award for concept and content design of Merck’s “Project I Design” website which was featured across print, web and broadcast media. His video direction, conceptual and creative work on Nokia’s 2012 launch of the 920 Lumia helped Cohn & Wolfe win the prestigious 2014 PRWeek Award for Best Consumer Launch Campaign of the Year and several other PR awards that year. The work was featured in cinema as well as broadcast.

Previously serving as Senior Art Director for Moxie Interactive, Joe worked on all digital projects for L’OrĂ©al’s Garnier and Maybelline brands. He also held Art Director positions at IMC2 (Pfizer, Schering-Plough, Olay, M&M Mars), OppenheimerFunds, PepperCom PR, Chinnici Advertising, The Food Group, Live Person and the two man collective U-DIG where he and Alan Schulman (now head of Creative for Deloitte Digital) redesigned sites for the Gaylord Hotels chain, The CMA/Country Music Association, The Advertising Research Foundation and many more.

Joe was born in Manhattan and raised in Queens and Great Neck, NY. He received a degree in illustration from Pratt Institute with a minor in communications design. He took post graduate courses at Pratt Manhattan and at Parsons. He is also a world known touring drummer and in his spare time his bands have been featured in many books, in magazines (Vogue) and on television ( Fox-TV, MTV). His current band, Red Hare, has done very well and is currently on the famous DC punk label Dischord Records.
