JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA //  Justin first harnessed his powers of creativity with a pair of red underpants, blue pajamas and a red towel when his parents denied him a Superman suit. It took Justin another twenty years to discover you could actually make a living out of being creative.

Working as a London security guard in 1997, Justin saw the Wonderbra "Hello Boys" billboard at his local Tube station and said, "I want to do that." He swiftly returned to Cape Town to study copywriting and accepted his first job at "Admakers" because, well, he wanted to make ads.

Justin then moved up to Jo'burg where he and Andrew Whitehouse went on to create some of South Africa's most iconic advertising, including the multi-awarded Dulux "Any Colour You Can Think Of" campaign.

Keen to gain some international experience, Justin and Andrew worked at TBWA Paris and then Lowe New York over a period of five years on brands that included The New York Times, Nissan, Playstation, Got Milk? and GMC. Justin returned to Cape Town in 2005 to found an independent agency named after the creativity gene, FoxP2.

The Agency has gone on to win multiple awards including Financial Mail's Agency Of The Year, Finweek's New Agency Of The Year, Finweek's Small Agency Of The Year and Finweek's Cape Agency Of The Year.

Justin is also the current SA Creative Circle Chairman.
