NEW YORK, USA // As one of iris' founding partners, Sean has been responsible for the agency's creative vision and model since the beginning, playing an instrumental role in building iris’ creative capability across the global network of 14 offices.
Sean oversaw creative development at iris’ London office, leading it to become one of the most awarded agencies in the UK, winning the MCAA Agency of the Year Award several times in a row.
In early 2007, Sean made a move to New York, where he developed iris’ creative product across the Americas (New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Mexico City and Brazil), whilst also supporting creative development across Asia (Singapore, Delhi and Sydney). He has developed integrated creative programs for brands including adidas, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Reckitt Benckiser, Samsung, Coty, Saks Fifth Avenue and Jeep.
His vision and experience has helped iris win One Show, D&AD and Effie awards across the world. As well as the Super Clio in 2016 for iris’ Jeep campaign, “Portraits.”
