BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA // Mariano joined R/GA Buenos Aires 5 years ago, where he is responsible for developing the Creative Department he now oversees, while in turn, working with other Creative Directors from the network.
At R/GA he leads global, regional and local projects for Nike, Netflix, MTV, Rexona and Samsung among other brands.
Prior to R/GA, Mariano acted as Integrated Communications and Digital Creative Director at Ponce Buenos Aires, developing global and regional digital projects and integrated marketing campaigns for Stella Artois and Unilever’s Axe, Rexona, and Knorr brands. Prior to Ponce Buenos Aires, he spent five years as a Regional Creative Director at DDB for the Clorox brand, in addition to leading creative efforts for the Volkswagen, Los Inrockuptibles magazine, and Chandon accounts. Mariano has received several industry awards at festivals including Cannes, Clio, One Show, NY Festival, El Ojo, El Diente and the Gran Effie. In 2014, the Argentinian Creative Circle named R/GA Buenos Aires “Digital Agency of The Year”. In 2016 R/GA Buenos Aires was the most awarded Agency at the +Digital Awards, organized by the IAB.
Mariano has acted as President of the Mobile Jury at El Ojo de Iberoamérica and President of the Cyber Jury at the Argentinian Creative Circle. He has also served on the Cyber Jury at Cannes, among other festivals.
Since last year, he is part of the board for the Argentinian Creative Circle.
He has acted as a speaker in events such as The Caribbean Festival in Panama, The Inspirational Fest organized by the IAB in Spain and at El Ojo de Iberoamérica in Buenos Aires.
He was a professor at the Escuela Superior de Creativos Publicitarios, where he taught Art Direction and the Seminar on Integrated Communications and Digital Creativity.
