Creativity has always been the lifeblood of advertising—but it’s pumping faster than ever before. In our always-on media world, creatives at brands and agencies are constantly discovering clever ways to respond to world events and pop culture moments.
While memorable campaigns can still last years, our industry now seems to turn out new ideas by the minute.
In this new era, we want to do more than celebrate creativity in advertising with one night a year. We want to recognize the imagination, innovation and inspiration that drives our global industry 365 days a year.
That’s why the Clio Awards is re-launching our website on Clios.com: to provide a unified home for all of our creative awards programs, feature the winning work identified by our talented jurors as best-in-class, and spotlight the impressive campaigns, brilliant people and emerging trends transforming advertising every day.
Additionally, we are thrilled to share that as part of our re-launch, Ads of the World will come under the Clio Awards umbrella.
For 11 years, Ads of the World has been a vital destination for millions of creative professionals looking to share and learn about their craft. In addition to showcasing creative work from around the world, it’s grown into a vibrant community for colleagues to offer feedback and source inspiration.
Now, whether you’re interested in socializing new creative with peers, searching a vast library of creative campaigns or following the most popular ads each week, you’ll be able to join the conversation directly from Clios.com.
With our re-launch, it will also be easier to find the creative work awarded across our portfolio, which includes the Clio Awards and our programs in music, sports, healthcare, fashion and beauty and entertainment.
And, supported by our Global Launch Partner Getty Images, you’ll find fresh content each week that tells the stories behind the buzziest, most groundbreaking work and celebrates the rich history and vibrant personalities of our dynamic industry.
Over the coming months, we’ll be rolling out new improvements to the site—and scouting for people and campaigns to feature. So please reach out and contact us any time you have story ideas you’d like us to consider.
As always, we look forward to seeing you and honoring the best in advertising on the biggest awards night of the year.
But on Clios.com, we’ll be celebrating the industry and its people during the days and weeks in between. We hope you’ll join us.
