SHANGHAI, CHINA // Winnie distinguishes herself as a renowned marketer and business women in China with rich marketing and business experiences across Unilever, Coca-Cola and Mars.

Winnie currently leads Unilever Personal Care business for North Asia and has built iconic brands such as Dove, Clear, Vaseline, etc in China in the new marketing era of digital, seek-out content and e-commerce.

In her 12 years with Coca-Cola China, Winnie built her fame in the FMCG industry in China with her impressive track record. She launched Minute Maid and within 2 years made Minute Maid No. 1 juice brand in China. Later as she managed brand Sprite, she turned around the brand and made Sprite outperform Coke and Pepsi to become the No. 1 carbonated soft drink brand in China (with much less brand budget!).

Winnie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nankai University and achieved her EMBA degree with CEIBS (China Europe International Business School) in 2008.
