MANILA, PHILIPPINES // Joe Dy is ECD at McCann Worldgroup, where he helps oversee the country’s largest, fully integrated creative department. Since joining in 2015, Joe has been instrumental in turning the agency into one of the hottest, most awarded shops in the Philippines today.

His work has consistently earned metals at top international and local award shows like Cannes, the Clio Awards, the One Show, the New York Festivals, London International, Spikes Asia, Asian AdFest, the AMEs, the Adobo Design Awards, the Araw Awards, the Kidlat Awards, and the APAC Effies.

Having previously worked at J. Walter Thompson, BBDO and Leo Burnett, Joe has picked up wins across all disciplines including TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Digital, Direct Marketing, Media, Integrated and Design.

Joe is also a certified barista, an ex-sportswriter, an Instagram non-celebrity, member of several Facebook groups and a two-time San Diego Comic Con attendee.
