SAN FRANCISCO, USA // Alessandra de Souza’s film production career spans almost 20 years of producing top notch animation and visual effects for Academy-Award winning studios, such as: Disney, Industrial Light and Magic, and Tippett Studio.

As a Visual Effects producer, Alessandra is responsible for managing budgets, overseeing schedules, supervising teams across multiple global locations, and partnering with clients to fulfill their visions. Her experience extends over many areas of media production: principal photography, visual effects for films and commercials, fully animated features, and most recently, theme park attractions. Some of her latest projects include: Warcraft, Teenage Mutant Turtles, and A Christmas Carol.

Alessandra is also a published photographer and author. She holds a Commercial Illustration and Design certification from Escola Panamericana de Artes (Brazil), a B.A in Communications from FAAP (Brazil), and a Masters in Computer Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design (USA).
