RALEIGH, USA // Susan is a hands-on Creative Director, responsible for creating and managing work, while also building MedThink’s growing creative department.

With more than 20 years of professional and consumer advertising experience, Susan partners with all key agency disciplines to deliver insightful and strategic solutions to clients. She’s worked for large global agencies and small strategic boutiques on both coasts. Her healthcare experience includes multiple launches and multi-channel campaigns for pharma leaders including Merck, Novartis, Allergan, and Johnson & Johnson.

Throughout her career, Susan has worked in tandem with creatives, planners, and strategists to create relevant and engaging communications. One of her campaigns was featured in the first ACT Responsible exhibition in Cannes after the 9/11 attacks in New York City. The AAF, Webby Awards, Cannes, DTC Perspectives, Telly, Communicator, Manny, Global, and Rx Awards all have recognized her work.

Susan believes that when you find a meaningful truth about a brand, you can turn it into a story that makes a difference in a person’s life. For a minute, an hour, a year…or maybe even a lifetime.
