NEW YORK, USA // Lylette founded Influence Media with the vision of bridging the gap between creators and capital. Influence Media successfully exited the bridge and secured new funding and additional commitments in capital, including a strategic partnership with Warner Music Group.

Previously, Lylette was a partner at RPM GRP. Under her leadership, her team navigated music and entertainment strategy, music licensing, content and talent acquisition and rights management for Fortune 50 companies like PepsiCo, Apple, Verizon, and LVMH to name a few. Lylette worked closely with C-Suite and Senior Leadership for these companies on high profile music and entertainment strategy and investments, including brokering and executing multi-faceted programs for talent partnerships with Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Kevin Hart, DJ Khaled, Michael Jackson Estate and David Bowie.

Her career has also included rights management, artist management and film marketing. Her work has garnered awards from prestigious organizations in the process including NAACP, AdColor, International Creativity, Davey and Clios.
