Since being named Global Chief Strategy Officer three years ago, Ariana has evolved and expanded MRM’s strategic capabilities, helping to fuel their explosive client growth and transformational approach to strategy and innovation. Within this period MRM has become the fastest-growing agency within the $3 billion McCann Worldgroup network, and a Leader in Gartner’s "Magic Quadrant” analysis.

Her background as a U.S.-based agency global leader is unusual. Born and raised in Argentina, Ariana moved to New York where she worked with multicultural and general market audiences. With local, regional, and global markets. She has spent her career blending social sciences and cultural perspectives with technology possibilities; decoding human behavior and our drivers to interact with media, technology, and the world around us. Her “Collective Intelligence” approach has significantly impacted our global team culture and borderless ways of working.

Her innate understanding of how to connect with people stems from her two decades of being plugged into the world of strategy. Prior to MRM, Ariana led digital strategy teams within award-winning advertising agencies including mcgarrybowen, The Vidal Partnership and JWT.

Ariana is also a Board Director at PVBLIC Foundation. Through her work and speaking engagements, she continues spearhead the current industry perspective on purpose and sustainability. She is a Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) advocate, and is remarkably involved in UN activities. In 2019 she co-chair and emceed the annual SDG Media Summit at the UN. In 2018, she was a member of the inaugural jury for the newly created Sustainable Development Goals Lions at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, where she judged again in 2019. Related judging roles included, Effie’s for Positive Change, D&AD – where she is also a Member of the Impact Council, The One Show where she co-created and launched the Sustainable Development Pencil at the UN, which she will judge in 2020. She is also a Board of Advisors at Batsheva, We Are All Human, and Goleadoras foundations.

Ariana has an M.A. in Media Studies from The School of Public Engagement at The New School. Ariana likes to cook and takes pleasure in interior design. She is also a black belt in Tae Kwon So, so be careful, be very careful.
