Perry is currently the Head of Music at Instagram where he leads a strategy and partnerships team responsible for creating first-ever opportunities & solutions for artists, record labels, and users to best utilize recorded music to enhance their story-telling experiences and leverage products and platforms to connect with fans in authentic & unique ways.
Prior to joining Facebook, Bashkoff spent 19 years at Warner Music Group leading the Global Digital Account Management growth strategy and execution for several digital businesses including downloads, mobile ringtones, streaming subscriptions, and digital ad-sales. He was the global lead for Spotify and YouTube and established and managed the creative original content team that evolved content strategy and generating new IP through original programming.
