LOS ANGELES, USA // Barbara Jones is the founder of Outshine Talent which is a management company that represents top social creators like the D’Amelio family including Charli and Dixie who are the world’s most popular teens as well as My Nguyen of My Healthy Dish, photographer Tati Bruening, plus influencers Jony Sios, Jay Sage, Parker James, Troy Zarba and more.

Prior to Outshine Talent, she was the Founder/CEO of influencer marketing agency Blissful Media Group from 2008-2019 working with top brands GoDaddy, Hyundai, TikTok, Kobrand Wine & Spirits as well as top PR and digital agencies.

Barbara is also a music industry veteran having worked for record companies for many years including Warner Bros, Epic Records, A&M Records, Maverick Recordings and Columbia Records where she was the Head of Marketing through 2007.

Barbara is also a founding Board Member of the Influencer Marketing Association which is an industry trade organization aimed at protecting the authenticity, establishing best practices and benchmarks as well as maintaining the ethics of the influencer marketing industry.

Barbara and her family are active in their Greenwich, CT community. She is on the Board of the Arch Street Teen Center and her whole family supports Carnival for a Cause, an annual neighborhood fundraiser her teen daughter founded to benefit the non-profit Abilis which provides support to individuals and families with special needs. She considers Park City, UT to be her home-away-from-home and dreams of living full-time in the mountains and snowboarding excessively.
