SAN DIEGO, USA // Lacey cut her teeth in the advertising world in NYC at Spiegel (Signature Styles, LLC), putting leading style and fashion brands on display in the digital space while keeping an eye on all things beautiful. She quickly realized her true passion lies in improving people’s lives through the products they choose and use and quickly shifted her attention to the health and wellness space. Since then, she has taken on key roles in developing brand-building work for Publicis LifeBrands Medicus, Grey Group, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, Carling Communications and Fishawack Health.
In 2014, Lacey was honored with a Cannes Young Lions “Spotlight” Award for her work. In 2018, Lacey was honored as a PM360 ELITE in the Creative Director category. PM360 ELITE 100 recognizes individuals in the healthcare industry who are making the most impact. The people, who throughout their career, have demonstrated an ability to not just thrive, but dominate. Who push to establish new firsts that become standards. Lacey now serves as Head of Creative for Fishawack Health, overseeing creative initiatives that flow through the group. Whether working with clients on the commercialization of their products or mentoring members of the Creative Department, she constantly pushes the work to another level. Lacey’s heart lies in crafting strategically-sound, creative stories that focus on more affective and effective ways for brands to connect with their audience.
The creative approach at Fishawack Health that she helped to develop is Affective Creativity: creative crafted to make deep, motivating connections with each brand’s target audience by tapping into psychology and combining that with creative craft and expertise to deliver powerful work that engages on a conscious as well as subconscious level.
