She drives the company’s award-winning partnership platform across pop culture, which during her tenure has included partnerships with the NFL, League of Legends, USSA, Mercedes-AMG Petronas, and several high-profile celebrity and musician partnerships with Patrick Mahomes, Lewis Hamilton, Mikaela Shiffrin, Niall Horan, and many more.

Prior to her role at Bose, she was a brands Consulting Manager at Wasserman Media Group focused primarily on the marketing activation of Microsoft’s NFL sponsorship; also offering strategic guidance for additional brands and properties. She has also worked at Octagon, directing Mastercard’s global sponsorship properties ranging from The GRAMMY Awards and PGA Tour, to the Rugby World Cup.

With 10+ years of experience in sports and entertainment marketing, Courtney holds a bachelor of arts from Boston College. She is an accomplished amateur golfer, passionate about her cross-training work outs, avid reader, and sports fan.
