SANTA MONICA, USA // A purpose driven creative executive, Jean is committed to developing culture changing creative, championing diverse talent, building brands and relationships with the consumer. She recently joined Walmart as their first Chief Creative Officer to lead the vision for consumer centric communications, content and experiences across all touch points, to help all people live better.

Prior to Walmart, Jean led Creative at Disney Yellow Shoes, in-house agency for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Guiding creative strategy, integrating creative platform development, branding and content creation across all media platforms, internally and with agency partners. An intrapreneur, Jean helped transform the agency into an award winning, digital first, creative center of excellence expanding capabilities and leaning into collaboration, diversity of thought and growth mindset. She was a founding executive member of Brave, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion task force for Disney Global Marketing and Sales.

Originally from New York, Jean spent 25 years agency side prior to her brand side experience, winning new business, top industry recognition and awards from the Effies to Cannes. She has been honored as one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising, Advertising Working Mothers of the Year by AWNY and Working Mother Magazine, and a recipient of the 3 Cheers Award from the 3% Conference. Jean has been invited to judge top industry award shows including Cannes Glass Lion for change, One Club, Young Guns, Art Directors Club and Effies.

The proud mother of two adult(ish) daughters, two English bulldogs and currently lives two blocks from the beach in Santa Monica, CA.
