It became clear to him that diversity, values, and inclusion are powerful tools to engage new generations when he joined a global team to discuss the first steps of Dove Real Beauty in 2003.
The pursuit of an open-minded vision was applied in acclaimed works in several brands like Netflix, Coca-Cola, Amnesty International, Dove, GM, P&G, Avon, Wella. He archived multiple global creative awards through these brands, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&AD, and others.
He's also part of the board of Diversity Observatorium, an entity created by the leading agencies in Brazil to establish best practices in the advertising industry in diversity and inclusion.
