NEW YORK, USA // Stephanie started her career in pharmaceutical advertising – working on multiple established product approaching LOE with a close focus in women’s health, oncology, and rare disease. For over 10 years in New York and San Francisco, Stephanie has led high-performing teams to develop strategies for a multitude of brand and business needs.

Early in her career, she developed a portfolio segmentation strategy and a NPP program for a suite of hospital and surgical products, working alongside data architecture and data strategy teams to ensure that the predictive targeting decisions aligned with the business goals. She has launched several “first” treatments and therapies in rare and underserve disease states, completed foundational planning and CRM design in healthcare adjacent spaces, such as health systems and dental health, as well as corporate strategy and employer branding.

Stephanie has helped grow business and honed her launch, brand planning, and engagement strategy skillset at a variety of agencies, now at Fishawack Health, as well as Saatchi Wellness and Evoke Giant. She enjoys most working alongside analytics, media, and creative teams. She excels at helping teams onboard quickly and ask the right questions as the first steps in defining issues and opportunities to solve for.

In addition to her passion for advertising and communications in the healthcare space, she is in the middle of completing a graduate certification in the field of Narrative Medicine at Columbia University. She will apply her findings in narrative ethics, storytelling structure, qualitative research principles and social justice to influence better patient connections, community validation and understanding. Her efforts and work to date have led to a recent honoree recognition as part of the 2022 MM&M “40 under 40” class.
