MEXICO CITY, MEXICO // Cesar is Regional Creative Director at Ogilvy Latin America. He is also Creative Vicepresident at Ogilvy Mexico. Cesar is the first Argentinian to win the Grand Prix at Cannes, He has been awarded the Grand Clio on two occasions, Grand Prix in the London Festival, Grand Effie and Grand Prix in El Ojo de Iberoamerica on two occasions. He has also won 28 Cannes Lions, 15 Clios and several awards such as One Show, D&AD and Effie, among other festivals. Under his leadership, Ogilvy & Mather Latin America was selected Regional Network of the Year at Cannes 2015, Network of the Year at El Ojo de Iberoamerica 2015 and the most awarded Latin American Network at Clio 2015. Ogilvy Mexico was Agency of the year at Effie 2015. Cesar was chosen as Best Creative Director of the Country six times. He is part of the Ogilvy Worldwide Creative Council.
