WEST HOLLYWOOD, USA // Nikki Cox is an LA-based executive with over two decades of experience in the global music industry. Currently, as Chief Marketing Officer at Red Bull Records, she oversees the label’s strategy across digital, streaming, communications, international, and brand integration initiatives. Since 2021, she’s contributed to the success and cultural influence of acts like alternative icon Albert Hammond Jr, Grammy-nominated hip-hop artist Blxst, indie-pop band The Aces, and chart-topping hardcore band Beartooth. She also played an integral role in earning the label a Clio Music Award in 2022 for ‘Blxst’s Guide to Los Angeles,’ an innovative discovery map in partnership with Apple.
Previously, Cox spent seven years at Capitol Records spearheading International Marketing efforts that drove award-winning campaigns. There she worked with multi-Platinum artists such as Katy Perry, Halsey, Coldplay, Troye Sivan, Beck, and LCD Soundsystem to name a few. Originally hailing from Sydney, Australia, Cox got her start at EMI Music Australia in 2007 where her unwavering work ethic led her to become the Head of Promotions & Publicity.
