In her role, Aarti oversees an interdisciplinary creative team – spanning business development, strategy, craft, and operations. The team brings together admired brands with iconic Netflix IP to give people new ways to connect with the stories, worlds, and characters they love. Prior to Netflix, Aarti was Managing Director and Partner of creative agency, Mother New York, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and integrated marketing efforts for brands like Target, Stella Artois, Google, Virgin Voyages, Diageo, and the New York Public Library. Over the years, she’s grateful to have been part of award-winning campaigns, and recognized for her leadership in both the Adweek50 and AdAge Leading Women.
