In 2012 he founded Rebeca Productions, matrix of two major production companies: SANTIAGO, focused on branded content and audiovisual production and SHOOT PERÚ, dedicated to services of audiovisual production from Perú to the world.
Rebeca maintains strategic contacts worldwide and it’s part of PRODUCTION SERVICE NETWORK, an experienced business network in provision of audiovisual services in more than 80 countries.
In 2011 he was elected as president of the jury of audiovisual production techniques of FIAP, being the first peruvian to preside over a jury at an international festival.
More than a hundred international awards support his trajectory, including: Cannes Lions, FIAP, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, London International Awards, CLIO, The New York Festival, The One Show, El Sol, etc.
In the film industry, in addition of being selected in the most important festivals in the world, we can highlight the production of “El Silencio del Río”, shortfilm that after winning twenty two festivals, was pre-nominated at the Oscar 2021.
Teacher and leader in his guild, in 2007 was nominated President of the Association of Advertising Film Producer of PeruAPCPP), where it was possible to manage the reactivation of audiovisual production in the context of Covid-19.
Recently, Rebeca was awarded Best Production Company in Peru2023) in “El Ojo de Iberoamerica” Festival, as well as in the “Premio Ideas”an important award for local advertising in Peru). In 2024, it became the first Peruvian production company to win one of the most important awards for audiovisual craft: the Grand Prix at El Cíclople Latino held in Brazil; an award that also makes it the house that hosts the winner of the Best Director of Ibero-America at the same festival. In June of the same year, it broke records by becoming the first Peruvian house to accumulate 16 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity Lions in a single edition: 1 Grand Prix, 5 Golds, 5 Silvers and 5 Bronzes; success achieved with 4 different international-scale projects for Peru, the United States and Germany.
