NASHVILLE, USA // Basak Kizilisik is the founder of Eighteen Company, an artist management company based in Nashville, Tennessee, which represents artist/songwriter Alana Springsteen.

With over 13 years of experience in various facets of the music business, she has influenced the careers of and conceptualized and executed the marketing strategies for some of the biggest artists in Country music, including George Strait, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Sam Hunt, Old Dominion, Kacey Musgraves, Little Big Town, Carly Pearce, Martina McBride, Little Big Town and Jake Owen.

Prior to launching Eighteen Company, she was the VP of Marketing at Morris Higham Management (Kenny Chesney, Old Dominion, Carly Pearce, Brantley Gilbert) overseeing marketing, digital and streaming for their roster of artists over the course of seven years. During her tenure, Morris Higham’s roster grew from a roster of four artists to over 15.

She was previously a manager on Universal Music Group’s Digital Marketing team where she maintained a roster of over 20 artists. Prior to that she held positions at Music City Networks and Tacklebox Films.

She is an alumna of Rollins College.
