BERLIN, GERMANY // As Executive Creative Director, Birgit van den Valentyn just started working for A Hundred Years L.A..
Previously, she was Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather Berlin since 2011.
She studied Concept & Copywriting and started her career at Scholz & Friends Berlin in 2002 before she moved up to be a Creative Director at DDB.
Birgit is credited with award-winning campaigns for IKEA, Bosch, Volkswagen and Coca-Cola. She is member of the Art Directors Club Germany and has won more than 450 national and international awards, such as 21 Cannes Lions and 15 Clios, as well as awards at The One Show, D&AD, LIA and NYF.
In 2016 Ogilvy Berlin won the Grand Prix for the book release “Mein Kampf – Against Racism“ at the Art Directors`s Club Europe. And Ogilvy Germany was honored “Agency of the Year X Country” by the CLIO Awards.
