MILAN, ITALY // The most awarded Chief Creative Officer in the world.
In 2021 Bruno was recognized as the most awarded Chief Creative Officer in the world by The Drum, with over 300 awards in total, including 168 Cannes Lions.
Bruno started his career as a copywriter in New York. From 2000 to 2010 he worked at JWT Rome on high-profile international accounts, then in 2011 joined Publicis Italy as ECD working for global brands including Heineken, Diesel, Barilla and Netflix. In May 2016, he was appointed Global CCO of Publicis Worldwide.
Under his leadership, Publicis Italy was recognised as Adweek’s International Agency of The Year 2021 and ranked number 1 in the WARC 2022 Creative 100, with Publicis Worldwide making the shortlist for Adweek’s global agency of the year for the last three years.
Publicis Worldwide has also just been awarded 2022 Network of the Year and Publicis Italy has been awarded Agency of the Year at this year’s Eurobest Awards.
Under Bruno’s leadership, he transformed Heineken’s creativity, and Heineken were subsequently recognised as Creative Marketer of the Year at the 2015 Cannes Lions Festival.
Bruno currently oversees creativity globally for Publicis Worldwide and Publicis Groupe Italy as part of the Executive Committee and is responsible for the global expansion of Le Pub, launched in 2020 and recognised as Adweek’s Agency to Watch 2021.
