NEW YORK, USA // Carlos is currently Vice President Global Male Grooming at Unilever. In this position, he is responsible for Axe global business development in both existing and new markets, and is leading Unilever’s Male Grooming portfolio strategy.

Carlos has over twenty years of experience in Personal Care and Beauty in Unilever and has held leadership roles in most of its top Personal Care brands and categories in Europe, US and Latin America. In his previous role, as Vice President Hair Care Latin America, he led the ‘restyling’ of the business, driving a significant portfolio transformation across the region.

Carlos has also held different marketing roles on Axe, as Global Brand Director and previously as North America Brand Director, at the time the brand was first launched in the US and its campaigns were widely recognized with multiple external awards, including Clio Advertiser of the year in 2005.

Carlos is a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina and resides in Connecticut, USA with his wife and three children.
