NEW YORK, USA // Casey Hall is the Group Vice President of Marketing for the National Hockey League. He is responsible for the brand management, marketing strategy, media and creative for the NHL and its events – including the upcoming launch of the World Cup of Hockey and the NHL’s Centennial. In addition, Hall works closely with the NHL’s national broadcasters (NBC, Rogers, TVA, ESPN) and corporate partners to manage marketing relationships and develop collaborative campaigns.
Prior to joining the NHL in 2008, Hall worked at advertising agencies Young & Rubicam, Merkley + Partners and Martin Williams on brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Accenture, Bacardi, Polaris, U.S. Bank and News Corp.
Hall has won two Emmy Awards for his work advertising the NHL Winter Classic (2009) and Stanley Cup Playoffs (2011); as well as marketing awards from the CLIOs, Communication Arts, PromaxBDA, Webbys, Effies and others.
A native of Minneapolis, Hall holds a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota and is an avid fan of the Golden Gophers… Ski-U-Mah! He and his wife, Kate, live in Darien, CT.
