She is leading important projects which shape culture, transform society and interact with consumers by experiences that reinforce the brand positioning and deliver relevance.

She is member of the Diversity & Engagement Committee in PepsiCo.
She led the biggest growth of the Heineken Brand globally. She made an enormous contribution to the beer communication industry by challenging the cliché of the category, no turning the woman as object in order to build a beer brand in Brazil.
From 2010 to 2016, double digital growth year on year, making Heineken Brazil jumping from #17 to #4 in the global volume ranking. The brand became leader of the Premium Segment in delivered outstanding topline and bottom line results.
Before that, she worked 10 years in Unilever, in different positions in Innovation and Marketing in Latin America and Brazil, where she had experience with the important brands as OMO and Dove. Specifically with Dove she took part in the Campaign for the Real Beauty. In this opportunity the brand had challenged the beauty standards imposed by the industry.
In 2014 Daniela was recognized as Women to Watch from AdAge. In 2015, she won the Caboré Award as Marketeer of the Year in Brazil, in 2016, she was elected as the most influencer Marketeer of Brazil by the M-List Award and in 2018, she was elected as Marketeer of the year by POPAI Retail Association and by Latin America Mobile Marketing Association.
