SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL // Daniela Cachich is CMO at Pepsico Foods Brazil. She is leading important transformation in PepsiCo Snacks category by driving business growth while leading projects which shape culture and transform society such as Doritos Rainbow by promoting diversity & inclusion and the importance of plurality in the world; and eQlibri by reinforcing the Women’s agenda on equality and empowerment.

Prior to PepsiCo, Daniela led the biggest growth of the Heineken Brand globally. She made an enormous contribution to the beer communication industry by challenging the cliché of the category, no turning the woman as object to build a beer brand in Brazil.

From 2010 to 2016, double digital growth year on year, making Heineken Brazil jumping from #17 to #4 in the global volume ranking. The brand became leader of the Premium Segment in delivered outstanding topline and bottom line results.

Before that, she worked 10 years in Unilever, in different positions in Innovation and Marketing in Latin America and Brazil, where she had experience with the important brands as OMO and Dove. Specifically, with Dove she took part in the Campaign for the Real Beauty. In this opportunity the brand had challenged the beauty standards imposed by the industry.

Daniela was recognized by AdAge as Women to Watch (2014), by Caboré Award as Marketer of the Year in Brazil (2015), by M-List as Most Influencer Marketer of Brazil (2016) by POPAI Retail Association as Marketeer of the Year (2018) and by MMA – Latin America Mobile Marketing Association as Marketeer of the Year (2018).

Her best award however is being mother of Sophie and Luca!
