LONDON // Eli Vasiliou is Creative Director at Iris, based in London, where she directs the Starbucks (UK & EMEA), abrdn and Haven accounts. A champion of writing craft and a lover of authentic characterisation and storytelling, she co-created Starbucks’ ‘What’s Your Name?’ campaign, which bagged awards in double figures from the likes of D&AD, Creative Circle and Clio, plus Iris’ first Cannes Gold Lion. As a result of this campaign, she’s now a regular speaker on LGBT+ representation in advertising.

Over her 20-or-so years in the industry, she’s created integrated campaigns across every channel – from door drops to TikToks – for clients including Barclaycard and PZ Cussons, and reinvigorated brands like Haven and Nectar, with a focus on brand tone of voice.

When she’s not word-wrangling, Eli is an amateur perfumer and calligrapher, enjoys running downhill, and occasionally finds time to speak to her two daughters.
