WARSAW, POLAND // With almost 10 years of experience in entertainment industry, Izabela Kurczewska is passionate branded content and entertainment specialist.
During her career she served as an executive producer for numerous award-winning TV shows including "Poland's Next Top Model", "I Love My Country", "Stars Dancing on Ice" and broadcasted events like Polish Film Festival 2012 Awards Gala, KIA Dubstep or Miss Polonia Gala.
In 2012 she joined Havas Sports & Entertainment in Poland, where she launched Entertainment unit. This brand engagement agency of Havas, designs brand content strategies and experiences using emotional relationship between brands and communities, bonded together via mutual passion.
Since then she has developed numerous content projects for clients such as AXA, BNP Paribas, Hyundai, Malo Clinic, Lidl, Reckitt Benckiser, Novartis, Paco Rabbane, Ubisoft just to name a few.
Izabela lectures on relationship between media and marketing at Warsaw Higher School of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is also a researcher working on her PhD thesis about branded content as a new media language.
She regularly publishes essays about changing media landscape. Her recent works include: “Internet as a second-screen for TV – co-consumption and complementarity” and “The role of the media in building brand advocacy through emotional engagement”.
