NEW YORK, USA // Jeffrey Goldfarb is the Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development at the GIIIApparel Group Ltd. Mr. Goldfarb also serves as a member of the company’s Board ofDirectors since 2009.
Since joining G-III in 2002, Mr. Goldfarb has been involved in all areas of G-III’s businessincluding production, licensing, and mergers & acquisitions. He is responsible for overseeing theG Creative Group, a division of G-III responsible for branding, marketing, and advertising. Inaddition to his many accomplishments, Mr. Goldfarb has been instrumental in the acquisitions ofVilebrequin, G.H.Bass, the Karl Lagerfeld US marks, and most recently, Donna Karan. He hasalso been a key player in acquiring licenses for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Cole Haan, theNFL and the MLB.
Mr. Goldfarb serves as a director of Delivering Good, formerly K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers, acharitable organization that facilitates the donation of excess apparel inventory to disastervictims and other people in need. Mr. Goldfarb is also a licensed attorney and serves on theBoard of Overseers of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at the Yeshiva University, aswell as a member of the university’s Advisory Board of the Fashion Arts Media andEntertainment Law Center (FAME).
G-III is a leading manufacturer and distributor of apparel and accessories under licensedbrands, owned brands and private label brands. G-III’s owned brands include Donna Karan,DKNY, Vilebrequin, Eliza J., Andrew Marc, Marc New York, Bass, and Jessica Howard. G-IIIhas fashion licenses under the Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Karl Lagerfeld, Kenneth Cole,Cole Haan, Guess?, Vince Camuto, Ivanka Trump, Kensie, Jessica Simpson, Levi’s andDockers brands.
