CHICAGO, USA // Jen Martindale serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Chicago Cubs. In this role, Jen’s accountable for growing the fanbase, generating revenue, and stewarding the Cubs brand along with the federal landmark Wrigley Field. She leads fan development, growth marketing, brand programs, game presentation and content development & production.
Prior to the Cubs, Jen was the Vice President of Brand Strategy with the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans, making her one of the only women to lead marketing for an NFL team and NBA team concurrently. Before joining professional sports, she served in marketing leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and spent ten years in account management at Leo Burnett, where she partnered with consumer packaged goods and retail brands.
