Joel has led integrated planning and campaign launches for the Brooklyn Nets, Barclays Center, McDonald’s, Budweiser, Sprite, Nike, Google, UnitedMasters, AT&T, Beats By Dre and more. As the Executive Director of Engagement Planning, Joel oversees the Context and Social Engagement departments to help extend a brand’s message into the spaces and times where audiences will be most receptive.
“The details matter to the people who matter,” says Rodriguez. “We’re here to help brands understand the cultural codes that matter most to their audience, so they can build relationships on trust and not just transaction.”
Rodriguez, the epitome of a Translator, taps into his Queens roots and his experiences as an independent music artist to help inspire his creativity and approach to journey mapping.
