LONDON, UK // Jumi Akinfenwa is a music supervisor at London-based agency Redfive, working on Film and TV projects including Netflix’s ‘Break Point’ and Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Fifteen Love’.
She started her career at creative agency Pitch & Sync, music supervising advertising campaigns for brands such as Nike, Zalando and IKEA before moving to Amazon Studios, helping to set up the EU Music Team working across productions including ‘Clarkson’s Farm’, ‘All Or Nothing: Juventus’ and ‘Bang Bang Baby’. Jumi is on the D&I committee of The UK & European Guild of Music Supervisors.
Jumi is also a freelance journalist, with her work featured in publications such as The Guardian, VICE and gal-dem. She was listed as one of MHP’s 30 to Watch, PITCH Magazine’s Superpeople and shesaid.so’s Black British Women Making Music Moves in 2020.
