MILANO, ITALY // Lavinia dreamed of becoming a librarian since her childhood, but fell in love with advertising on the way and had to change plans.
She started her career in below the line in a small agency in Bologna, her hometown, then joined the digital team in Publicis and moved to Ogilvy in 2014 as a senior copywriter, where she grew up to Creative Director.
Even being Milan based she had different international experiences within the Ogilvy Network, collaborating with the NY, Amsterdam and London offices, and taking part in the WPP team working on the FCA EMEA account.
She now leads her team working on different national and international clients with a fully integrated, big idea oriented approach, looking forward to create big ideas that spark a conversation and make brands culturally relevant, thanks to a mix of traditional media, upcoming technologies and digital platforms.
Through the years she met many clients (amongst others: Nutella, Jeep, Fiat, S.Pellegrino, Emergency, adidas), collected many awards (amongst others: New York Festivals, Piaf, ADCI Awards) and served in many national and international juries. In 2019 she was invited to be jury chair at the ADCI Awards in 2019. She’s a passionate teacher at Art Direction & Copywriting MBA @Politecnico School in Milan.
She is an avid music lover, loves going on musical pilgrimages around the world, and is also firmly convinced it only takes a bike to go pretty much anywhere.
