SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL // Letícia Rodrigues is a Creative Director at FCB Brazil, with an Art Direction background and over 12 years of experience.
Passionate about creativity, she is a strong advocate for equality and inclusion in the advertising industry, believing that diversity drives innovative thinking. Letícia founded and runs PerifaLions, an independent non-profit social project in Brazil that provides opportunities, visibility, and connections for students from socially vulnerable communities to leading agencies. The project has supported over 500 talents, resulting in hundreds of scholarships, mentorships, and job placements. It has also evolved into a talent platform and a creative contest that takes these talents to the Cannes Lions Festival each year, covering all associated costs. PerifaLions was featured on Adweek’s list of the 10 projects that made the industry better in 2020 and is officially supported by LIONS.
In recent years, Letícia has received numerous accolades. She was recognized by Cannes Lions See It Be It 2020 as one of 15 potential female creative leaders worldwide, named a Next Creative Leader by The One Club for Creativity in 2021, served as a jury member at the Dubai Lynx Festival and the Brazilian Creative Festivaltwice), and was spotlighted in Brazil as one of the 30 young people fighting to change the market. She was also selected as one of six “voices” making significant changes in the industry.
Her work in advertising has garnered awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, Effie Awards, El Ojo, Wave Festival, Young Guns, and others. She has collaborated with some of the largest global advertising networks, including F.biz/WPP, Neogama/BBH, Wieden+Kennedy, GTB, and Wunderman Thompson, for brands such as Google, TikTok, Amstel, Ford, Bayer, Whirlpool, Avon, TIM, and Domino’s.
At FCB, she leads a team of 15 talents and manages all Kimberly-Clark brand accounts for Brazil and Latin America.
