BROOKLYN, USA // With over 25 years of experience in the field of production, Marcia now leads Primo Content’s US office as Managing Director.

Previously, Marcia served as the Global Head of Production at We Believers for 7 years, where she oversaw all aspects of integrated production. Along the way, she helped the agency achieve several industry recognitions, including a Titanium Lion at Cannes in 2021, the “Independent Agency of the Year” award at Cannes Lions 2022, and Ad Age’s “Creative Agency of the Year” in 2022 among many other awards.

During her 15-year tenure as America Filmworks Executive Producer & Partner, she represented and collaborated with distinguished directors in the US, managing global budgets for renowned brands such as Heineken, Anheuser Busch, Ford, Corona, T-mobile, Nissan, McDonald’s, Burger King, Sprint, AT&T, Comcast, Wendy’s, Crest, Honda, and Toyota. Her projects have received honors at numerous international festivals including Cannes Lions, Clio, NY Festivals, D&AD, El Sol, AdAge, and Fiap, among others.

With her diverse background spanning various roles in client, agency, production, and post-production companies, she possesses a panoramic understanding of the industry. This allows her to bring a comprehensive and integrated perspective to every project she undertakes.
