With 18 years of global and boutique agency experience, Michelle is a fierce advocate for breakthrough ideas with a proven history of leveraging design elements to exceed business objectives. Tapped into the consumer psyche, her expertise lies in reinventing iconic assets to attract new audiences and connect consumers to established brands, from packaging to flagship retail environments to creative campaigns. Guided by Michelle’s creative vision, in 2015 Canada Goose launched OUT THERE, a short film directed by Oscar award-winning director Paul Haggis, supported by a global campaign. The provocative and inspiring film brought the company’s 58-year heritage to life through the unbelievable accomplishments of extraordinary people.
Michelle’s career began at Taxi and she went on to lead creative teams at several top-tier agencies in Toronto, including Jackman Reinvents, Crispin Porter and Cossette. She spearheaded the global rebrand of Hertz including elevating key locations to attract a prestige audience, redesigned retail environments at a leading national retailer including its flagship in the Wrigley Building, and was an integral part of the successful launches of Virgin Mobile and BMW MINI in the Canadian marketplace. Her work has been recognized by One Show, Communication Arts, Young Guns, Applied Arts, ADCC, AD&D, How Magazine and Coupe Magazine.
