Michelle has established in-house creative, branded entertainment, and integrated marketing studios at TNT, tbs, Discovery, TLC and FOX, leading creative and strategy for partners across streaming, film, TV, sports and publishing. As a multidisciplinary independent Executive Creative Director, Copywriter and Advisor, she’s proudly supported brands including HBO, Disney, Amazon, Hulu, Universal, MedMen, NBCU, Sony and Lifetime, as well as tech start-ups and non-profits.
Michelle has launched new media practices, scaled global marketing organizations and has generated $1B+ revenue streams through solutions she and her teams have engineered. Her work has been featured in Advertising Age, Adweek, Entertainment Weekly, People, Digiday, Fast Company and more. She is the proud recipient of over 150 industry awards to date including Emmy, Clio, PromaxBDA, Webby, Telly, and American Advertising Award honors and is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Culture-forward and purpose driven, Michelle believes strongly in the exciting power, influence and responsibility of media, especially through the lens of inclusion and equal representation and works to advocate and shine spotlights every day. Her volunteerism efforts have spanned organizations including WriteGirl, Hillary for Georgia, and Biden for America, and currently serves as Co-President of the renowned industry non-profit Soapbox Women, an organization that exists to super serve and empower women and non-gender conforming individuals across entertainment marketing.
Michelle is based in Los Angeles, but splits her time between LA, Atlanta and London supporting global clients and forever chasing Diamond status on Delta, a DMB concert and a meet cute with modern-day Mr. Darcy.
