LOS ANGELES, USA // Pam Postrel celebrates her 30th year in the movie trailer business this year!
From her humble Too-Old-to-be-Just-Starting-Out beginnings as a receptionist at a small trailer house Bloomfilm, through her years as director, then VP, Creative Services at Universal in-house, through an intrepid but ultimately misguided venture in freelance, through producing at CMP, through a brief return to Universal in-house, and for the last 9 years in her current position as SVP/Creative Director at MOCEAN, Pam has seen it all.
Through fate, circumstance and incredible privilege, she has come to specialize in animated & family fare, leading a crackerjack team in creating A/V materials for classics like Toy Story 3 & 4, Finding Dory, WALL-e, the Cars trilogy, Monsters University, and Wreck-It Ralph.
Pam grew up in Bucks County, PA, and spent her first decade post-college in Philadelphia, before venturing out to Los Angeles to follow (chase?) her then-girlfriend, now wife, Mindy. Mindy & Pam have two children who are now, unbelievably, adults.
