NEW YORK, USA // Paul Conway is the Vice President of Creative Services for the National Hockey League. He oversees the visual communication of the NHL brand and NHL events by managing an award-winning design team that delivers over 650 projects each season.
Throughout his 14 years with the NHL, Paul has developed some of the most recognizable brands, including 19 outdoor games (NHL Winter Classic, NHL Heritage Classic, and Stadium series), 11 NHL All-Star weekends, and the World Cup of Hockey. Currently, he is overseeing the brand identity and development of the NHL Centennial Season, a major milestone for the league.
In 2010 Paul launched the NHL Brand asset management system, a digital asset management bank the delivers all league assets to teams and partners.
Paul has over 20 years of sports branding experience and is no stranger to Clio, as a four-time Clio award winner for his brand development work.
Prior to the NHL, Paul has worked for companies such as the NFL, SME Branding, and Osaki Design.
Paul is an NYIT graduate and resides in Lido Beach, NY with his wife, Anne, three children, Declan, Maura and Zoe.
