NEW YORK, USA // Piera Gelardi is Executive Creative Director and a founding partner of Refinery29. Piera oversees how the brand comes to life visually, working with the award-winning creative team to execute editorial content, experiential events, branded campaigns, and, of course, there's the occasional in-office '90s prom bash, too! 

She recently co-authored the New York Times best-seller Refinery29 Style Stalking which encourages women to embrace their personal style and be fearless with self expression. 

Prior to the launch of Refinery29, Piera was Photo Director at CITY magazine, which won an ASME for Best Photography as well as numerous SPD wins under her direction. 

Piera lives in Brooklyn. When she's not burning the midnight oil at Refinery29, she's breaking it down on the dance floor, religiously sending snail mail, or indulging her love of adventures in far-flung places.
