In 2023, Rhasheda elevated the PopCorners brand national prominence by launching its first Super Bowl campaign. The “Breaking Good” campaign, inspired by the hit show Breaking Bad, captured audiences and earned a #5 spot on USA Today’s Ad Meter, a silver Clio, and eighty-eight “Best of Super Bowl” mentions. Rhasheda’s career at PepsiCo spans over 13 years, during which she has advanced through a variety of brand management roles. Her earlier experience includes marketing roles at Kraft Heinz, Jergens skincare, and Susan G. Komen, where she honed her skills in strategic marketing and brand storytelling.
