LOS ANGELES, USA // Ron Ubaldo holds over 15 years of music industry experience across artist and label relations, music marketing, event production, and global content strategy.

Ron currently leads Artist Services & Label Relations initiatives for TikTok, including tentpole moments like the company’s Emmy-nominated global music event “TikTok In The Mix”. This live music event featured performances from Cardi B, Peso Pluma, Anitta, Niall Horan, Charlie Puth, Offset, and more. It brought in more than 33 million viewers across the globe, and was widely available on TikTok, Disney+, and Hulu through this exclusive content partnership.

Ron previously spent over 8 years at Apple where he led the Music program for their Global Retail Engagement Marketing division. During that time, he launched several top artist campaigns and a new original content series featuring Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Khalid, Lady Gaga, SEVENTEEN and more. These artist programs were available both in-store and in the GarageBand iOS app where anyone can learn how to make music with their favorite artists and get inspired to make their own remix. These programs saw thousands of attendees and over 100’s of millions of video views. Ron also led curation and operations for all music played in 510+ Apple stores worldwide, specifically featuring playlists that elevate important values moments like Black History Month, IWD/Women’s History Month, Pride, and more.

Ron completed his Music Business Management Bachelor’s Degree at Berklee College of Music and graduated in 2009. He then joined Sony Music’s Global Digital Business team that Fall.
